Processing & Handling
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days.
Orders are shipped Monday through Friday, excluding holidays.
Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details.
Shipping Times
Due to the size and specialized nature of our products, shipping timelines are as follows:
Canada & United States: Estimated delivery time is 20–30 business days after shipment.
International Orders: Delivery times may vary by destination and customs processing, but are generally 20–30 business days.

Delays may occur due to customs clearance, carrier delays, weather conditions, or peak shipping periods.
Customs, Duties & Taxes
International orders may be subject to import duties, customs fees, and taxes (including VAT) imposed by your local customs authority.
These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the purchase price.
StreamSmile™ does not cover or refund customs-related charges.
As the importer of record, customers are responsible for complying with their country’s regulations.
Important:
If customs duties or taxes are refused and the package is returned to us, the order will not be eligible for a refund. Refusal of customs payment does not constitute order cancellation.

All orders include tracking once shipped.
Tracking updates may take 24–48 hours to appear after shipment.

Weather or natural events
We are also not responsible for orders delayed or lost due to incorrect or incomplete shipping information provided at checkout.

If your order arrives damaged or appears to be lost in transit:
